Section 01

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 1777bid ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the website located at 1777bid, including all gaming, sports betting, live casino, account management, and payment services offered thereon.

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, accessing the platform, placing any wager, or making any deposit, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and 1777bid.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on 1777bid, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited.
• You are not acting as an agent, affiliate, or representative of any third party when using your account.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or family member of any such person connected with 1777bid's operations.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether initiated through 1777bid or any other gaming platform, that remains in effect.

Age Verification

1777bid takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any point where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a user may be under 18 years of age. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National ID (NID) card, passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority.

During any age verification review, we may suspend the account and withhold access to funds until verification is satisfactorily completed. If a user is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned (less any winnings generated), and any pending withdrawals will be cancelled.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 1777bid — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge.

Registration Requirements

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Date of birth confirming you are aged 18 or over
• Valid email address (used for account notifications and correspondence)
• Mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
• Preferred payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and associated account number
• Residential address within Bangladesh

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 1777bid will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify us immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Any activity carried out on your account prior to notification of unauthorised access remains your sole responsibility.

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 1777bid. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, IP address, or device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed immediately and any bonus funds or winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be forfeited without notice.

KYC Verification

All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. While you may deposit and play prior to completing KYC, withdrawals will not be processed until full verification is confirmed. KYC documents must be submitted via the secure upload tool in your account dashboard. Standard verification turnaround is 2 to 24 hours during normal operating periods.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1777bid are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds to and from your account.

Deposits

Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and major Visa and Mastercard card networks. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit specified at platform level, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits funded from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being flagged for investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must be fully KYC-verified. Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad accounts typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business days.

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. 1777bid reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems to warrant further verification, including for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 1777bid reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, until either the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the user. You will receive email notice prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

1777bid offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and applied to the bonus balance of your account separately from your real-money balance.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the specific promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or bet types specified in the individual promotion. Certain games (typically those with a return-to-player above 97%) may be excluded from wagering contribution calculations.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the previous bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• 1777bid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an account at the time of modification will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of its award.
• Bonuses obtained through the use of multiple accounts, third-party payment sources, collusion, or any other fraudulent means will be forfeit and the account(s) involved may be permanently closed.

Section 06

06 Gaming & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on 1777bid are governed by both these Terms and the individual rules published for each game or market type. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules applicable to each game or bet type before wagering.

Game Integrity & RNG

All slot, table, and speciality casino games offered on 1777bid use certified random number generator (RNG) technology provided by our licensed game partners, including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Live casino games offered through Evolution Gaming and Ezugi use physical dealing equipment operated by professionally trained dealers and are subject to their own independent verification protocols.

Cricket & Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted up to the market suspension point determined by our cricket trading desk. 1777bid reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded or after information about its outcome has become publicly available.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type and market. These limits are displayed within each individual game or betting market interface. 1777bid reserves the right to impose additional stake restrictions on individual accounts where it determines such restrictions are necessary for operational or risk management purposes.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or interruption during a gaming session, 1777bid will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation fairly. Any bet placed during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. The Platform's decision in such matters is final.

07 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of 1777bid, you agree at all times to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a way that circumvents normal human gameplay
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities in the platform, whether intentionally or after becoming aware of their existence
• Laundering money or processing funds through your 1777bid account that are derived from unlawful activity
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading of sporting information, or corrupt conduct in connection with any bet placed on the platform
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the 1777bid support team or other platform users

1777bid employs advanced fraud detection systems, transaction monitoring protocols, and behavioural analysis tools to identify and investigate suspected breaches of these obligations. Confirmed breaches will result in account suspension and may be referred to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh where criminal conduct is suspected.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 1777bid support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, you may withdraw any positive real-money balance subject to the standard withdrawal conditions and minimum amounts. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure does not release you from any obligations that arose prior to closure.

Suspension or Closure by 1777bid

1777bid reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Detection of a duplicate account associated with the user
• A court order, law enforcement request, or regulatory directive requiring account closure
• Extended account dormancy in accordance with the dormancy policy set out in Section 4

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 1777bid will hold any account balance securely. If the investigation concludes with no confirmed breach, the balance will be returned and the account reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, 1777bid may withhold some or all of the balance in accordance with these Terms.

Section 09

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 1777bid and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services, whether scheduled or unscheduled
• Any loss arising from a technical malfunction, server failure, telecommunications outage, or cyber-attack outside our reasonable control
• Any decision made by an individual user to gamble beyond their financial means

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable Bangladeshi law, the aggregate liability of 1777bid to any individual user for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which exclusion of liability is prohibited by applicable law.

Section 10

10 Amendments to These Terms

1777bid reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email to the address held on account and/or via a prominent notice displayed upon login. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, formatting improvements, or editorial clarifications that do not affect your rights or obligations) may be made without specific notification.

Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms came into force. Historical versions of the Terms are available upon written request to our support team.
